“The camp was amazing! It's fun and the people here are so nice! You learn so much about AI, computer science, and college admissions. You can learn so many skills from this camp that can help you in the future. Overall, this is the best program I've ever been to in my life!

“Momentum AI was truly a great experience! The mentors work really hard and put in so much effort to not only organize the program and lessons but also do their best to make the program as fun as possible. I got to meet so many different people from different places and backgrounds and learn about stuff that I was super interested in. The lessons were super informative and I love how collaborative and fun the program is. Would recommend to anyone interested in computer science and AI!”"

“I actually understand the stuff that was taught and y'all made sure we understood the concepts rather than just teaching it and trying to get through these many concepts. And the lunches were SOO creative I was always excited for lunch, never did a program that didn't just do pizza and pasta. Crazy that y'all did this on your own, also you're willingness to change the schedule because a lot of people liked volleyball and doing a volleyball tournament is awesome. I was excepting to learn the same things I already knew but I left with a genuine understanding of AI and a leg up on college which u did NOT expect from this program. THANK YOU SM!!!”

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

It’s completely free! We will provide the tech equipment, a stipend for transportation, snacks in the morning, and a full lunch. Attending shouldn’t come at any cost to you.

Who should apply?

Everyone! Our mission is to diversify the face of computer science. We wish we could teach everyone who applied, but when that’s not possible, we prioritize reaching people who otherwise don’t have access to similar opportunities in computer science.

How much math and computer science do I need to know?

None! Beginners are totally welcome, and we don’t expect any prior computer science or advanced math background. If you’re an experienced coder, however, we’ll keep you challenged by placing you in a more advanced lab.
